LETTER Re: Vaccine Passport & Civil Liberties

This is a letter to Governor McKee upon his announcement that Rhode Island is developing a “proof-of- vaccination passport system.” The letter shares the principles the ACLU of RI believes should be incorporated in order to protect civil liberties in any such system.
