This is an APRA lawsuit against the state’s Attorney General, challenging a $225 fee his office has charged a law student in order to provide her copies of public reports that state law requires the AG's office to annually submit to the RI General Assembly.

January 22, 2021 First Amendment

Cohen v. Brown University

This is a motion to enforce a 1998 court judgment against Brown University for violating Title IX.  In 1996, the ACLU filed a “friend of the court” brief filed in support of a (successful) challenge to Brown University’s athletic program as sex-discriminatory in violation of Title IX.
