DCYF Non-Discrimination (H 5586, S 0126)

Important legislation ensuring children in DCYF care are free from discrimination is headed to the Governor’s desk. This legislation explicitly states that children in DCYF care shall not be discriminated against because of their race, religion, ancestry, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, and other factors.
