JP v. Providence School District

This is a formal complaint filed by the ACLU of RI and RI Legal Services with the U.S. Department of Education against the Providence School District for failing to provide parents of special education students with the documents that are used to determine a child’s eligibility for services and the nature of the services to be provided.
